Ted came out and was very professional right from the start. Immediately put my mind at ease that I had someone I could trust to be in my house. Something I am very wary of in general. He worked quickly. Great communication. I recommend anyone else in Whiskey Creek area or anyone else for that matter to use this company. They’ll take good care of you. And if you do end up using them, do yourself a favor and ask for Ted.
We live in an area that has many older homes, so we’re getting accustomed to the element of surprise when it comes to plumbing. I decided against venturing on a diy challenge, called Cypress Plumbing, and they sent Joey (the handsome fella in the marketing pics). I am so glad I made that call, because SURPRISE! Joey encountered a variety of complications that I would have mangled if attempting myself. He stabilized the problem, returned functionality, made it look good and provided a game plan moving forward. Homeownership is expensive, but peace of mind is priceless.
Joey at Cypress Plumbing was highly knowledgeable and professional in regards to installing our new kitchen faucet. He did an excellent job for us and we will always request him at Cypress. This installation was somewhat more complex because the faucet had to be attached to our reverse osmosis system and Joey did that, no problem.
We had Ted out today to unclog the drain in our kitchen sink, and he did an amazing job. He was fast and he took the time to explain what was going on with the drain and showed me what he was doing. When he was done, he had cleaned up everything and we have a perfectly working sink again. And I also purchased a drain cleaning product to use that Ted recommended. I highly recommend Cypress Plumbing and Ted.
We have used Cypress for years and have always been very satisfied. Yesterday we had Joey do some work for us and he was exceptional. Very personable, helpful, informed and answered all our questions and concerns. Highly recommend Cypress Plimbing.
